新冠肺炎疫情引發(fā)全球交通管制,由于港口和機(jī)場的運(yùn)輸受到限制,中歐班列向許多國家運(yùn)送了口罩、防護(hù)服和呼吸機(jī)等物資。
The spread of COVID-19 has incurred global traffic restrictions. As transportation is restricted at harbors and airports, China-Europe freight trains have carried supplies such as masks, protective suits and ventilators to many countries.

中歐班列是指按照固定車次、線路、班期和全程運(yùn)行時(shí)刻開行,往來于中國與歐洲以及“一帶一路”沿線各國的集裝箱國際鐵路聯(lián)運(yùn)班列。2016年6月8日,中國鐵路正式啟用中歐班列統(tǒng)一品牌。
中歐班列被譽(yù)為“新時(shí)代的陸上絲綢之路”,班列的開行將原有“單一型商品買賣”有效轉(zhuǎn)化成了“復(fù)合型商品聯(lián)動(dòng)貿(mào)易”,經(jīng)過多年開行,其運(yùn)費(fèi)低、速度快、安全性高的特點(diǎn)日益凸顯,開行意義早已上升到國家戰(zhàn)略高度,對(duì)世界各地經(jīng)濟(jì)往來、地域文化交流有著顯著的正向促進(jìn)作用。疫情期間,中歐班列安全開行,在各大經(jīng)濟(jì)通道上持續(xù)擔(dān)當(dāng)“大動(dòng)脈”角色。
目前,中歐班列已累計(jì)開行超過2.1萬列,通達(dá)歐洲大陸18個(gè)國家、57座城市。在開行數(shù)量持續(xù)提升的同時(shí),開行質(zhì)量也有很大提升。通關(guān)時(shí)間、物流時(shí)長進(jìn)一步縮短,返程空箱率在不斷下降,貨值呈增長趨勢(shì)。

中國將同各方繼續(xù)努力,構(gòu)建以新亞歐大陸橋等經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊為引領(lǐng),以中歐班列、陸海新通道等大通道和信息高速路為骨架,以鐵路、港口、管網(wǎng)等為依托的互聯(lián)互通網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
China will continue to work with other parties to build a connectivity network centering on economic corridors such as the New Eurasian Land Bridge, supplemented by major transportation routes like the China-Europe Railway Express and the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor and information expressway, and reinforced by major railway, port and pipeline projects.
