中央第七次西藏工作座談會(huì)8月28日至29日在北京召開。中共中央總書記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平出席會(huì)議并發(fā)表重要講話。習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，必須全面貫徹新時(shí)代黨的治藏方略。
President Xi Jinping underlined the need to fully implement the CPC's policies on developing Tibet for a new era. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the comments at the two-day seventh Central Symposium on Tibet Work, which ended in Beijing on Aug 29.

習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，要確保國(guó)家安全和長(zhǎng)治久安，確保人民生活水平不斷提高，確保生態(tài)環(huán)境良好，確保邊防鞏固和邊境安全，努力建設(shè)團(tuán)結(jié)富裕文明和諧美麗的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化新西藏。
Xi called for efforts to ensure national security and enduring peace and stability, steadily improve people's lives, maintain a good environment, solidify border defense and ensure frontier security. Efforts must be made to build a new modern socialist Tibet that is united, prosperous, culturally advanced, harmonious and beautiful, Xi said.
