7月27日，生態(tài)環(huán)境部部長(zhǎng)介紹稱(chēng)，去年，全國(guó)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)營(yíng)業(yè)收入達(dá)到2.22萬(wàn)億元，已經(jīng)成為綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要力量。

China's environmental protection sector has grown into an important driving force for the green economy, generating a revenue of 2.22 trillion yuan last year, the minister of ecology and environment said Thursday.

環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)是一個(gè)跨領(lǐng)域、跨地域，以防治環(huán)境污染、改善生態(tài)環(huán)境、保護(hù)自然資源為目的而進(jìn)行的技術(shù)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)、商業(yè)流通、資源利用、信息服務(wù)、工程承包等活動(dòng)綜合性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。

2021年，全國(guó)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)營(yíng)業(yè)收入約2.18萬(wàn)億元，較2020年增長(zhǎng)11.8%。2022年，全國(guó)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)營(yíng)業(yè)收入達(dá)到2.22萬(wàn)億元

我國(guó)已形成了全鏈條的環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)體系，涵蓋了污染治理和生態(tài)修復(fù)的技術(shù)研發(fā)、裝備制造、設(shè)計(jì)施工、運(yùn)行維護(hù)、投資運(yùn)營(yíng)、綜合咨詢(xún)等環(huán)節(jié)。目前，環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)體系正在向低碳、綠色、循環(huán)發(fā)展等領(lǐng)域快速拓展。

要推動(dòng)有效市場(chǎng)和有為政府更好結(jié)合，將碳排放權(quán)、用能權(quán)、用水權(quán)、排污權(quán)等資源環(huán)境要素一體納入要素市場(chǎng)化配置改革總盤(pán)子，支持出讓、轉(zhuǎn)讓、抵押、入股等市場(chǎng)交易行為，加快構(gòu)建環(huán)保信用監(jiān)管體系，規(guī)范環(huán)境治理市場(chǎng)，促進(jìn)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)和環(huán)境服務(wù)業(yè)健康發(fā)展。
It is imperative to promote a better combination of efficient markets and competent government, and integrate resource and environmental factors such as carbon emission rights, energy use rights, water use rights, and pollutant discharge rights into the overall reform of market-oriented allocation of factors of production, support market transactions such as sales, transfer, mortgage and buying shares, speed up the efforts to build a supervision system on environmental protection credibility, standardize the environmental governance market, so as to boost the sound development of environmental protection industries and environmental services industries.
