針對(duì)近期京津冀地區(qū)暴雨洪澇災(zāi)害，財(cái)政部、應(yīng)急管理部8月1日緊急預(yù)撥1.1億元，支持京津冀地區(qū)做好防汛救災(zāi)工作。

China has earmarked 110 million yuan to support flood prevention and disaster relief work in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, according to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Emergency Management on Tuesday.

受臺(tái)風(fēng)“杜蘇芮”北上影響，7月29日至8月1日，華北、黃淮等地出現(xiàn)極端降雨過(guò)程，海河發(fā)生流域性較大洪水，子牙河、大清河、永定河先后發(fā)生編號(hào)洪水，河北多地、北京西南部地區(qū)洪澇地質(zhì)災(zāi)害嚴(yán)重，造成重大人員傷亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。

防汛搶險(xiǎn)，刻不容緩。財(cái)政部、應(yīng)急管理部1日緊急預(yù)撥1.1億元中央自然災(zāi)害救災(zāi)資金，支持京津冀地區(qū)做好防汛救災(zāi)工作，由地方統(tǒng)籌用于應(yīng)急搶險(xiǎn)救援和受災(zāi)群眾救助，重點(diǎn)做好搜救轉(zhuǎn)移安置受災(zāi)人員、排危除險(xiǎn)等應(yīng)急處置、開(kāi)展次生災(zāi)害隱患排查和應(yīng)急整治、倒損民房修復(fù)等工作。

連日來(lái)，華北、黃淮等地相關(guān)部門(mén)投入大量救援力量趕赴現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)急處置，及時(shí)調(diào)撥運(yùn)送救災(zāi)物資、轉(zhuǎn)移安置受災(zāi)群眾、修復(fù)受損基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，全力以赴抗擊汛情。

August remains a key month for the North to prevent floods. Party committees and governments at all levels must continue putting people and their lives above anything else. They should enhance flood monitoring, ferret out and address risks and vulnerabilities in a timely manner, and make detailed and tangible efforts in carrying out flood control and disaster relief measures. And they should make appropriate arrangements for those affected to ensure their safety.
